Dr. Keith Dyke

Dr. Keith Dyke, Grey Bruce Chair
Dr. Dyke has been practicing medicine for over 14 years with extensive experience in family medicine, emergency medicine and hospital inpatient care. He has been operating a family practice at the Southampton Medical Clinic since 2002. He is currently the Chief Physician for Bruce Power, a Victoria Order of Nurses (VON) Medical Consultant, and a Coroner for the Province of Ontario. Dr. Dyke was elected President of the Bruce County Medical Society in District 3 of the Ontario Medical Association in 2015. He served as a Board Member and Co-President of Medical Staff at Grey Bruce Health Services for three years, and is an Adjunct Professor with both Western University and the University of Toronto. In 2016, he was awarded the Hollister King Teaching Practices Preceptor Award from the University of Toronto for outstanding teaching.

Dr. Gord Schacter

Dr. Gord Schacter, London Middlesex Chair
Dr. Schacter is a family physician with the London Family Health Team. In addition to managing his busy medical practice and research interests, he was worked as the London Middlesex Clinical Lead for the South West LHIN, the LHIN Primary Care Lead, Co-Lead and as the Primary Care Lead for the South West Diabetes Regional Coordinate Centre. He is a Physician Champion with Health Quality Ontario, and an Adjunct Professor in Family Medicine at Western University. He completed his Doctor of Medicine in 1993 and residency training in Family Medicine in 1995 at Western University. Dr. Schacter also has a Master’s Certificate from York University in Physician Leadership.

Dr. Paul Gill

Dr. Paul Gill, Huron Perth Chair
Dr. Gill is a family physician with the Maitland Valley Family Health Team in Goderich. In addition to working as a primary care provider, he is the Chief of Anesthesia at the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital, and Chair of Rural Pain Medicine at the Gateway Rural Health Institute. Prior to accepting the role of Huron Perth Clinical Lead, Dr. Gill was the South West LHIN Primary Care Co-Lead for two years, and currently teaches at the University of Toronto. Dr. Gill received his Doctor of Medicine from McMaster University in 2010, and completed his residency and Family Practice Anesthesiology Fellowship at the University of Toronto.

Dr. Jitin Sondhi

Dr. Jitin Sondhi, Oxford Chair
Along with working as a family physician in Ingersoll, Dr. Sondhi is the Chief of the Emergency Department at Alexandra Hospital, and an Emergency Physician at Woodstock General Hospital. In addition to these roles, Dr. Sondhi has worked as a palliative care physician at Sakura House for over seven years, and has been an Adjunct Associate Professor at Western University since 2011. Dr. Sondhi received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Kellie Scott

Dr. Kellie Scott, Elgin Chair
Dr. Scott graduated from University of Ottawa with her medical degree in 2003. After completing residency at the University of Western Ontario, she started practicing in St. Thomas in 2006. She is the Lead Physician for the Elmwood Family Health Organization (part of the Thames Valley Family Health Team), Medical Director at a Long-Term Care Facility and works with the Oxford-Elgin Palliative Care Outreach Team. Dr. Scott is a Past-President of the St. Thomas Elgin Medical Association and currently serves as the Ontario Medical Association's District 2 Chair. As an Ontario MD Peer Leader, she engages with physicians to help them use their electronic medical records more efficiently. She is involved in teaching medical students and residents at Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western where students honoured her with a teaching award in 2015. She is active in the St. Thomas and Elgin County community where she works and is raising her family.
